Stellar Crown (SV07) released on September 13, 2024 as the seventh main expansion of the Scarlet & Violet Series, and it is the Terapagos set: the Legendary Pokémon of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero leads it in three prints, the regular Double Rare, a Special Illustration Rare and the gold Hyper Rare. It introduced Stellar Tera Pokémon ex. Terapagos ex, Cinderace ex, Lapras ex and Galvantula ex each carry a gem-named attack that needs three different types of Energy (Crown Opal, Garnet Volley, Larimar Rain, Fulgurite), and the official product pages lead with them. The official expansion page points at the other arrivals from Area Zero (Raging Bolt, Iron Boulder, Archaludon and the new Hydrapple ex), at the grown-up first partners Venusaur ex, Blastoise ex and Greninja ex, at the Supporters Briar, Crispin, Kofu and Lacey, and at ACE SPEC cards, which continue here from the sets before it.
This page is the reference list: every Stellar Crown card in set order, with the rarity names printed on the cards and used by most price trackers, the illustrator credit, and the card text. The other Scarlet & Violet era lists so far: Scarlet & Violet, Paldea Evolved, Obsidian Flames. For pull-rate math and buying advice on a hard set, our Pitch Black pull rates article covers that; the 30th Celebration guide is the friendly end of the scale.
What is in Stellar Crown?
Stellar Crown has 175 cards. Numbers 001 to 142 are the main set (every card is printed as its number over 142), and 143 to 175 are the 33 secret rares, whose number is higher than the set size. Rarity names below are the ones printed on the cards. Every tier in the set, with the card numbers it occupies:

The ACE SPEC cards in Stellar Crown
Three ACE SPEC cards, numbered inside the main set; a deck may hold only one ACE SPEC card:
two Pokémon Tools: Deluxe Bomb (134) and Sparkling Crystal (142)
Figures come from two community trackers that agree within a few packs: a tracker's odds table and a documented 500-pack opening (both named in our notes). They are community-tracked, rounded, and not official Pokémon numbers; a single box can land anywhere around them.
Rarity
Odds per pack
Notes
Double Rare
about 1 in 6 packs
Six per 36-pack box.
Ultra Rare
about 1 in 15 packs
Two or three per box, for any of the 11.
Illustration Rare
about 1 in 13 packs
About three per box, for any of the 13.
ACE SPEC Rare
about 1 in 20 packs
Close to two per box, for any of the three.
Special Illustration Rare
about 1 in 90 to 100 packs
One every two and a half to three boxes, for any of the six.
The two disagree on the gold Hyper Rares, about 1 in 137 packs on one and 1 in 250 on the other (two golds in 500 packs is too small a sample to settle it), so we leave that figure out rather than guess.
The practical reading: the odds above are for any card of that tier. The odds of the one card you are chasing are those odds divided by the number of cards in the tier, which is why a specific Special Illustration Rare is usually cheaper to buy as a single than to open for.
Stellar Crown sits in the hard middle of the era. The three 2023 sets ran a Special Illustration Rare about 1 in 32 packs; from Paradox Rift that moved to about 1 in 47, and from Temporal Forces to the roughly 1 in 90 that Stellar Crown and Surging Sparks share. The consolation is a small set: with six SIRs rather than 11 or 15, any one of them comes around about twice as often as in a bigger set at the same tier odds. The Mega Evolution Series is harder still; our Pitch Black article walks through that math.
The chase cards in Stellar Crown
Stellar Crown is the rare set where two illustration rares lead everything: Squirtle (148/142) and Bulbasaur (143/142) ranked above every Special Illustration Rare on Market Insights when this page was built. Dachsbun ex (169/142), Hydrapple ex (167/142), Terapagos ex (170/142) and Galvantula ex (168/142) follow as the top SIRs, Lacey (172/142) leads the two Supporter SIRs, and the Milcery (152/142) and Gulpin (154/142) illustration rares sit among them. The gold Terapagos ex (173/142) ranked below all of those, which is the Scarlet & Violet pattern: the golds are the rarest cards, not the most valuable.
The ten cards Market Insights ranked highest by market value when this page was built, most valuable first (the ranking moves; the live list is on Market Insights). Tap or click a card to read its text:

Tracking Stellar Crown prices
We do not print prices in our guides because they go stale fast. TCGGuy Market Insights tracks every Stellar Crown sealed product nightly, with a set index, seven-day movers and each product's history, and the singles page ranks every card in the set by market value.
Bottom line: Stellar Crown is a small, Terapagos-led set with 2024 odds: any Special Illustration Rare is roughly a 1-in-90-pack pull, but with only six of them a specific one is easier to land here than in the sets around it. Its value sits in the Squirtle and Bulbasaur illustration rares as much as in the SIRs, so open it for the art and buy the one card you want as a single.
Stock on a 2024 set comes and goes, so the link above always shows what is buyable right now. If a product shows sold out, use Notify me on its page and we will email you when more arrives. To follow the market for every product in the release, sealed prices are tracked nightly on Market Insights (no login needed):
Set facts are from the official Pokémon TCG site's expansion and product pages. Pull rates are community-tracked figures, not official Pokémon numbers. Card text and illustrator data via TCGdex (MIT). Card images are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, and GAME FREAK and are shown for identification.
