Cancellation policy

Pre-orders are charged in full when placed and ship on or after the publisher's release date. You can cancel a pre-order that has not shipped by emailing support@tcgguy.com. A 3.5% cancellation fee applies to sealed trading card product. Japanese pre-orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind. If the estimated ship date moves, we email you the new date, and you may then cancel any pre-order, including a Japanese pre-order, for a full refund with no fee. Full details are in our Sales Policy.
